This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assist in executing the technical roadmap for the revenue lifecycle utilizing a tech stack of over 10 tools.
• Ensure a consistent business rhythm for end users through provisioning, user support, troubleshooting, and continuous maintenance.
• Facilitate stakeholder requests and communication throughout the revenue technology stack.
• Identify gaps in processes, integrations, and automations, recommend improvements, and aid in the implementation and expansion of our tech stack, including evaluating new solutions as necessary.
• Coordinate daily vendor interactions for revenue technology stack tools, including support for procurement, renewals, and quarterly business reviews in collaboration with IT, Privacy, Legal, and Finance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing Operations, IT, Enablement, Privacy and Legal, Revenue Strategy, Sales Strategy, and Sales Data Analytics to ensure effective tool implementation, adoption, and aligned reporting definitions.
• Work alongside Revenue Operations & Strategy to create and maintain reporting and dashboards within revenue tools that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.
• Document workflows, support processes, and troubleshooting guidance to empower first-tier sales support and self-service in a fully remote environment.
• Utilize our internal AI solutions to automate and streamline processes within the RevTech team and across GTM workflows.
• Proven experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, system administration, or analytics roles that support go-to-market teams.
• Practical experience with at least two revenue or sales tools such as Gong, Clari, Outreach, Groove, ZoomInfo, Gainsight, Kantata, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of how systems interconnect and share data, including integrations, automations, permissions, and data management concepts.
• Experience in leveraging AI within daily workflows, ideally in creating agents and artifacts that have demonstrated an increase in productivity.
• Familiarity with supporting workflows, tool changes, vendor processes, tool evaluations, rollouts, requirements gathering, implementation planning, or enablement initiatives.
• Ability to recognize gaps in workflows, processes, and tools, transforming them into actionable improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience in building or collaborating on reporting and dashboards that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity for revenue teams.
• Effective, inclusive communication skills, with the capacity to collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Revenue Operations, IT, Enablement, Strategy, and Legal or Privacy partners.
• Comfort in an all-remote, asynchronous work environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and communicate proactively with team members.
• Interest in GitLab and alignment with our values, with a willingness to apply transferable skills from related roles. Familiarity with AI or automation tools such as Workato, Zapier, or large language model-powered workflows, as well as experience with business-to-business SaaS go-to-market motions and data skills in Salesforce reporting, business intelligence, SQL, or Python, is advantageous but not mandatory.
