This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Take ownership of the administration and continuous enhancement of HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs, which includes user management, permissions, pipelines, properties, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and overall data hygiene.
• Design, construct, and uphold workflows and automations that facilitate lead routing, lifecycle progression, sales transitions, operational notifications, and other essential go-to-market processes.
• Create and oversee dashboards, reporting, and analytics that deliver clear insights into pipeline health, activity metrics, conversion performance, and revenue results for leadership and frontline teams.
• Administer and support the broader revenue technology stack, encompassing tools such as Apollo, PandaDoc, DialPad, Zoom, and various other GTM platforms.
• Manage the integrations between HubSpot and associated systems, ensuring dependable syncs, precise field mappings, and a clean, consistent data flow across platforms.
• Uphold high standards of data integrity through regular audits, deduplication efforts, and ongoing hygiene processes.
• Collaborate intimately with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success stakeholders to transform business requirements into scalable system solutions and operational enhancements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and operational processes, while offering training and support to end users regarding new tools and changes.
• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience administering HubSpot within a B2B context, preferably in a dedicated systems administration or revenue operations role.
• In-depth expertise in HubSpot, which includes building and managing intricate workflows, custom properties, lifecycle automations, and advanced reporting features. HubSpot certifications are advantageous.
• Experience administering or supporting revenue technology tools such as Apollo, PandaDoc, DialPad, Zoom, and Zapier, or the capability to quickly adapt to similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of data architecture and integrations among connected systems, including resolving sync issues, field mappings, and automation failures.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage projects from start to finish, and deliver scalable solutions with minimal oversight.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to clearly articulate technical concepts and system decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
• HubSpot Admin, Sales Hub, or related HubSpot certifications.
• Experience utilizing generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot to enhance operational efficiency, documentation, analysis, or workflow development.
• Familiarity with additional iPaaS and integration tools like Workato, Tray.io, or comparable automation platforms.
• This is a full-time position.
• Salary: $80,000-$95,000 annually.
