This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Take full ownership of our webinar program from beginning to end β encompassing scheduling, registration, promotion, follow-up, and reporting.
β’ Oversee speaker coordination, attendee management, and platform execution.
β’ Ensure a consistent monthly webinar schedule (at least one per month) and maintain that rhythm.
β’ Create and manage our event calendar; every event should launch with a clear brief, budget, and pipeline target.
β’ Handle all event logistics: venue selection, vendor management, swag, shipping, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up, with some travel potentially required.
β’ Lead the execution of trade shows, partner activations, and field marketing initiatives across our two brands.
β’ Manage co-webinars and co-marketing programs in collaboration with our Partner Marketing Manager when necessary.
β’ Analyze program performance and share insights with the team β focusing not only on the metrics but also on their implications.
β’ Oversee the campaign calendar β tracking every program, asset deadline, and launch date in a centralized location.
β’ Collaborate with design, content, paid, and lifecycle teams to ensure timely program launches with the appropriate assets.
β’ Develop and uphold repeatable workflows that enhance team efficiency over time β proficiency in Asana and HubSpot is essential, as we seek someone who builds systems rather than merely using them.
β’ Conduct regular feedback sessions with our SDR and AE teams β identifying which messaging resonates, which program leads convert, and what topics are emerging in discussions.
β’ Document insights gained and share them with the team to continuously improve each program.
β’ Coordinate the handoff of leads post-program.
β’ 3β5 years of experience in demand generation, field marketing, revenue generation programs, or a comparable role within a B2B SaaS company β you have taken ownership of programs and pipeline metrics, rather than merely supporting them.
β’ Proven experience in managing webinar programs: creating the calendar, overseeing logistics, and tracking outcomes.
β’ Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously without missing critical details.
β’ Strong communicator who follows through consistently; if issues arise, you address them promptly and propose solutions.
β’ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change, and you can adapt seamlessly.
β’ Experience with HubSpot, Asana, Demio, or similar platforms β you create new workflows rather than just adhere to existing ones.
β’ Actively utilizes AI tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness; our team is focused on AI-enabled marketing, and we seek someone who is already engaged in this area.
