This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +15 more states.
β’ Leverage data-driven market insights and collaborate across functions to enhance the performance and revenue of Preferred partners.
β’ Work alongside sales leaders and business intelligence teams to gain a thorough understanding of market dynamics, top-performing partners, and potential business growth opportunities.
β’ Track and report on program performance, create and analyze dashboards, and utilize data to spot trends, diagnose root causes, and suggest actions that improve outcomes.
β’ Oversee the iteration and execution of frameworks used to assess Premier Agent partner performance, ensuring they are data-informed, scalable, and align with business objectives.
β’ Define problems, establish success metrics, develop structured project plans, align stakeholders, manage timelines and risks, and drive initiatives from conception through to execution and evaluation.
β’ Conduct revenue optimization and allocation processes systematically and thoughtfully to achieve business results at scale.
β’ Distill complex analyses and business context into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for Sales, Partner Success, Analytics, and leadership; ensure cohesive alignment towards shared goals.
β’ Identify inefficiencies in processes and experience gaps, then propose, socialize, and implement enhancements with relevant stakeholders.
β’ Work in collaboration with Product, Analytics, and Operations to test concepts, influence roadmaps, and support experiments that enhance partner and consumer outcomes.
β’ Over 3 years of experience in consulting, sales operations, revenue operations, analytics, program management, or business unit management.
β’ Advanced proficiency in Excel is required; experience with SQL and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or similar) is highly preferred.
β’ Proven experience leading cross-functional projects, creating structured plans, managing timelines, and aligning diverse stakeholders (Sales, Analytics, Product, Operations).
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of presenting complex strategic decisions to business leaders with clarity and precision, and translating data into compelling narratives.
β’ Demonstrated ability to take ownership β no challenge is too great and no solution too ambitious when it comes to accomplishing tasks.
β’ Skilled in identifying, developing, and implementing solutions to complex issues from strategic, operational, and customer perspectives.
β’ Ability to impose structure on ambiguous problem spaces, prioritize effectively, and direct teams towards the most impactful work.
