This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Collaborate closely with the Customer Success and Renewals teams to facilitate daily operational workflows.
• Assist in the analysis of business data, operational metrics, and customer trends to extract actionable insights.
• Aid in reporting, tracking, and maintaining operational rhythms across various teams.
• Identify process inefficiencies and actively participate in improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Finance, Product, and Support to ensure operational coherence.
• Support strategic and operational projects focused on customer retention and renewals.
• Maintain operational trackers, documentation, and follow-ups with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong analytical thinking combined with structured problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working with numbers, data, and business metrics.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to execution rigor.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A curious mindset and eagerness to learn and tackle challenges.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous problems with guidance from the team.
• Proficient in working with spreadsheets and data; familiarity with analytical tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Tableau, or Looker is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree (in progress or final year) in Engineering, Business Management, Analytics, or other data-oriented fields.
