This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the global Revenue Operations department.
• Develop, enhance, and streamline systems, processes, and data infrastructure.
• Foster operational alignment, ensure revenue transparency, and promote scalable growth.
• Act as a strategic ally to the CRO, COO, and GTM leadership teams.
• Establish a scalable operating model, key performance indicators (KPIs), governance, and revenue-related processes.
• Manage the complete GTM process design from lead generation to cash flow and monetization.
• Facilitate revenue reporting, forecasting, and business intelligence dashboards (Tableau).
• Direct Salesforce architecture, integration, and ongoing optimization.
• Assemble and lead a high-performing RevOps team specializing in systems, analytics, and operations.
• A minimum of 8 years in leadership roles within Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations.
• Extensive expertise in Salesforce and RevOps systems.
• Proficiency with business intelligence tools such as Tableau.
• Demonstrated experience in GTM transformation and system integration.
• Strong capabilities in managing executive stakeholders (CRO, COO, CFO).
• A hands-on builder with strategic leadership abilities.
• Preferred experience in AdTech or SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with or experience in AI-driven GTM transformation is a significant advantage.
