• Facilitate CRM strategy discussions with clients to develop effective sales and intake processes.
• Convert business objectives into CRM workflows, including pipelines, automations, lead routing, and calendars.
• Provide education to clients on CRM best practices pertaining to sales, marketing, and operations.
• Serve as a trusted consultant for practice owners and intake teams.
• Construct and enhance systems within HighLevel, which includes:
• Pipelines and opportunity stages.
• Automations and workflows.
• Forms, calendars, and lead routing.
• Email/SMS sequences.
• Tracking, attribution, and reporting mechanisms.
• Evaluate and refine existing CRM configurations to eliminate inefficiencies and errors.
• Ensure all developments are scalable, straightforward, and in line with company standards.
• Contribute to the internal documentation and knowledge repository.
• Act as the point of escalation for complex CRM and automation challenges.
• Diagnose issues related to integrations, workflows, and data flow.
• Support and guide junior team members.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Ads, Web, SEO, and Support teams.
• Ensure CRM systems are in sync with lead generation initiatives and customer journeys.
• Maintain clear documentation and facilitate internal handoffs.
• Minimum of 4 years of practical experience with HighLevel CRM (mandatory).
• At least 2 years in customer support roles.
• A minimum of 2 years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops.
• Proficient in building:
• Sales pipelines.
• Automation systems.
• Lead follow-up workflows.
• Booking and intake processes.
• Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication skills for client interactions (fluent in English).
