
Revenue Manager – Multifamily Asset Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Collaborate with Asset Management and Property Management teams to ensure that pricing strategies and objectives are aligned.
• Conduct regular assessments of pricing modifications, renewal rates, and suggested adjustments.
• Monitor and report on pricing performance, offering insights and recommendations.
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to guide pricing decisions.
• Manage Competitor Review calls and oversee the competitive landscape within LRO.
• Maintain precise competitor data to aid in revenue-related decisions.
• Review new lease and renewal parameters, amenity values, lease terms, and rent optimization settings.
• Audit and manage amenities based on trends in supply and demand.
• Track pricing overrides and lease compliance to observe adoption behaviors.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably with an emphasis on Accounting, Finance, or Real Estate.
• At least 3 years of experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, Financial Analysis, Property Operations, or Property Management is essential.
• Familiarity with LRO, YieldStar, or AIRM is advantageous.
• Experience with Yardi is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required.
