This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +2 more states.
β’ Assist departments, clinics, and providers by offering education on professional billing, charging, coding, registration, referral, and authorization processes.
β’ Recognize and analyze trends in charging, coding, documentation, and billing that affect professional revenue.
β’ Deliver tailored education and recommendations to providers and departments aimed at enhancing revenue cycle performance.
β’ Create and present performance metrics and trend analyses to operational leaders.
β’ Execute and review standard reports and dashboards to uncover opportunities for improvement.
β’ Aid in the development and implementation of revenue cycle education and training programs.
β’ Act as an internal consultant and subject matter expert on complex revenue integrity initiatives.
β’ Propel enterprise-wide performance improvement and resolution of issues.
β’ Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
β’ High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of advanced professional revenue cycle or revenue integrity experience is required.
β’ CHC, CPB, CPMA, or CPC certification must be obtained within one year of the hire date.
β’ In-depth knowledge of professional revenue cycle and revenue integrity workflows is essential.
β’ Excellent consulting, presentation, and influencing skills are necessary.
β’ Capability to convert data into actionable operational strategies is required.
β’ Must be able to perform core responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation.
