This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Spearhead the evolution of our marketing function into a data-driven, AI-enhanced engine for pipeline generation.
• Develop and expand a lead generation and demand infrastructure that drives our commercial growth and supports our ambitious revenue targets.
• Conceptualize and implement a B2B, ICP-focused lead generation strategy that aligns with sales priorities and business goals.
• Establish and scale a multi-channel go-to-market strategy encompassing digital campaigns, account-based marketing, LinkedIn, email automation, and events to support new product launches, significant releases, and strategic partnerships.
• Assume responsibility for full funnel performance, consistently enhancing pipeline contribution, conversion rates, customer acquisition efficiency, and return on investment.
• Collaborate in the creation of sales enablement resources, campaign narratives, and competitive positioning materials to boost win rates and accelerate deal velocity.
• Assist priority deals and Key Accounts through targeted messaging, competitive differentiation, and partner-led initiatives.
• Take complete ownership of Salesforce (SFDC) and the larger marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration and operational excellence.
• Organize and optimize lead lifecycle management, nurturing flows, segmentation, and attribution tracking to guarantee clean data and precise reporting.
• Create and uphold dashboards and reporting frameworks that deliver clear, real-time insights into pipeline performance and guide strategic decision-making.
• Demonstrated experience in managing, leading, and mentoring team members.
• A proven history of establishing a new lead generation ecosystem using innovative technology that has led to a substantial increase in high-quality leads and revenue growth.
• Considerable experience in Growth, Digital Marketing, Demand Generation, or Revenue Operations within fast-paced and ambitious settings.
• B2B technology or SaaS experience is crucial, with an understanding of complex buying journeys, multi-stakeholder decision-making, and enterprise sales cycles.
• Experience in life sciences, healthcare, clinical trials, or regulated industries is appreciated but not mandatory.
• Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth environments is preferred.
• Relevant Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a similar capacity.
• English: Fluent.
