Revenue Growth Analytics Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.

📋 Description

• Conduct in-depth investigations into KPI fluctuations, delving beyond basic reporting to reveal underlying causes and concealed trends.

• Lead and guide a team of Brand Analysts, transforming them from data reporters into strategic partners for their respective brands.

• Maintain comprehensive oversight of the entire business ecosystem, observing how acquisition, CRM, and fraud initiatives interact with one another.

• Act as a liaison between business and data science teams, converting complex commercial requirements into technical specifications for machine learning models.

• Develop innovative segmentation strategies that improve the accuracy of predictive models for churn, LTV, and propensity analysis.

• Serve as the ultimate guardian of brand health, ensuring that growth in one area does not adversely affect performance in another.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated commercial or analytical experience in Social Gaming or iGaming sectors.

• Strong P&L mindset with a business owner approach focused on optimization and efficiency.

• Leadership experience with a passion for nurturing analytical talent into strategic thinkers.

• Technical proficiency, including an understanding of data structures, SQL, and the business value derived from Machine Learning.

• An inherent drive to explore data thoroughly until the hidden truths are revealed.

• Capability to challenge the status quo by posing second and third-order questions that lead to a deeper business understanding.
