This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement enablement programs specifically designed for Account Executives and Sales Engineers, focusing on acquiring new logos across various business units and go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate closely with channel motion leaders and sales personnel, from onboarding new sellers to addressing full-scale and upskilling requirements.
• Convert go-to-market strategies, ideal customer profile definitions, and product positioning into actionable sales narratives, discovery frameworks, and guidance for solution positioning ready for AEs and SEs.
• Facilitate new product launches and go-to-market modifications by ensuring that AEs and SEs receive the necessary training, certification, and preparation to confidently present new offerings to potential clients.
• Create and implement programs that enhance fundamental sales capabilities for new logo acquisition, including skills in discovery, qualification, value-based selling, competitive positioning, and deal progression.
• Work in partnership with Product Marketing to distill complex offerings into clear, distinct narratives that convey customer value.
• Develop playbooks, messaging frameworks, discovery guides, and sales resources that assist AEs and SEs throughout the entire sales process.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering leadership to ensure that technical enablement facilitates effective demonstrations, technical validations, and solution architecture discussions.
• Assist in onboarding programs for new AEs and SEs, hastening their time-to-productivity across diverse products and customer segments.
• Work alongside Marketing to synchronize campaign messaging, persona-based positioning, and market insights with sales execution.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement and SDR Enablement to guarantee alignment and continuity throughout the pipeline journey, from prospecting to deal closure.
• Partner with Operations to ensure that tools, systems, and processes effectively support sales execution and pipeline advancement.
• Track, measure, and report on the success of enablement initiatives, continuously refining strategies based on data, pipeline insights, and feedback from the field.
• Maintain ongoing feedback loops with AEs, SEs, and sales leaders to identify skill gaps, messaging challenges, and opportunities to enhance sales effectiveness.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue enablement, sales enablement, training, or a related field, specifically supporting Account Executives, Sales Engineers, or new business sales teams.
• Experience in supporting or engaging in a channel sales model.
• Strong understanding of intricate B2B sales cycles, strategies for acquiring new logos, and pipeline progression.
• Experience in supporting multiple products, market segments, or go-to-market strategies within a growing SaaS or technology organization.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the capability to simplify complex strategies and technical concepts into clear, actionable instructions.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering enablement programs that yield measurable improvements in ramp time, deal progression, and win rates.
• Highly collaborative, with experience working across Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product Marketing, Partner Success, and Operations teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience in assessing training effectiveness and optimizing programs.
• Strong storytelling, presentation, and instructional design abilities.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment while managing multiple priorities.
