Revenue Cycle Solutions Specialty Coder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze, abstract, and assign ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes along with the appropriate modifiers for evaluation and management (E/M) and diagnostic tests specifically pertaining to professional services.

• Comply with established deadlines while maintaining quality, accuracy, and productivity standards.

• Ensure adherence to federal regulations in alignment with HIPAA, CMS, ICD, CPT, and E&M guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Evaluation and Management (E&M) coding.

• Possession of a nationally recognized medical coding credential, such as RHIT, RHIA, CCS, CCS-P, or AAPC certification as CPC.

• Strong understanding of Professional Coding, Reimbursement, and Regulatory Systems.

• Dedication to delivering a high level of customer service.

• Additional recognized subspecialty coding credentials, such as AAPC certifications like CCC, CPMA, CCVTC, CGSC, CRC, etc., are preferred.
