• Assist Rula’s Revenue Cycle and payer expansion projects through organized project management and data-informed process development.
• Take charge of post-launch performance assessment and enhancement.
• Collaborate across departments to identify challenges, enhance workflows, and create scalable systems that boost collection effectiveness.
• Integrate strategic problem-solving with meticulous operational implementation in a dynamic and growing healthcare sector.
• Over 5 years of varied revenue cycle management experience, including benefit verification, Insurance Accounts Receivable, and/or payment posting.
• More than 3 years of experience in management or strategy consulting, guiding comprehensive transformations (process, technology, and personnel).
• Demonstrated capability to design and scale processes, utilizing tools like Salesforce, AMD, payer portals (e.g., Availity), etc., to facilitate optimization.
• Expertise in applying structure, prioritization, and effective communication to address current issues while anticipating future needs.
• Skilled in using Excel/GSheets, with the ability to create pivot tables, basic visualizations, VLOOKUPS, etc., to independently build, interpret, and act on complex datasets to convey accurate narratives and drive business decisions.
• Experience in drafting deliverables (e.g., technical specifications, experiment findings, strategy documents) that are succinct and clear for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Background in a startup and/or fast-paced environment (preferred).
• Knowledge of various insurance billing types (commercial, EAP, Medicare / Medicaid, etc.) (preferred).
• Technical proficiency and familiarity with Salesforce, Google Suite, Zendesk, EHRs, and/or similar platforms (preferred).
• Proven history of managing AR performance, collections, or cash flow in a high-volume setting (preferred).
