This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Lead initiatives for customers and assist in the development and delivery of technology-enabled service offerings.
• Collaborate with Engagement Managers on customer projects aimed at transforming revenue cycles and enhancing performance.
• Analyze intricate healthcare data sets to uncover trends, root causes, and actionable insights.
• Create and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations utilizing BI tools.
• Work with cross-functional teams to design and execute data-driven solutions.
• Convert business requirements into technical specifications and ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
• Offer subject matter expertise in revenue cycle operations, KPIs, and industry best practices.
• Generate documentation and reusable tools for sharing organizational knowledge.
• Aid in product development by pinpointing opportunities for innovation and automation.
• Engage in customer meetings, presentations, and strategic planning discussions.
• Travel occasionally to customer locations as required, estimated at less than 20%.
• Promote accountability for project and customer success.
• A minimum of 2+ years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations or consulting.
• Prior experience in professional services or consulting is highly preferred.
• Experience with RCM vendors, health systems, or payers is highly regarded.
• Comprehensive understanding of revenue cycle KPIs, workflows, and operational levers, including denials, A/R, cash collections, and charge capture.
• Ability to interpret and convey complex financial and operational data to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems such as Epic or Cerner, and healthcare data standards like HL7 and FHIR is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the capability to deliver executive-level presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
