This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist with daily revenue cycle activities encompassing billing, collections, accounts receivable, and follow-up tasks.
• Aid in documenting existing workflows, operational procedures, and enhancements to processes.
• Examine revenue cycle data and generate reports to pinpoint trends, opportunities, and operational challenges.
• Support initiatives for process improvement by collecting information, documenting suggestions, and monitoring action items.
• Help maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with DHA UBO leadership, MTF personnel, and project stakeholders to gather information and facilitate project efforts.
• Assist in data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance tasks.
• Aid in the creation of presentations, dashboards, spreadsheets, and other project-related documentation.
• Engage in project meetings and ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks.
• Ensure that assigned deliverables are completed accurately and within the defined project timelines.
• Carry out additional revenue cycle and project support responsibilities as needed.
• Must have an active Public Trust or be eligible for clearance.
• 3–5 years of experience in the healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing, patient accounting, healthcare administration, or a similar field.
• Fundamental understanding of healthcare revenue cycle operations, including billing, collections, accounts receivable, and reimbursement processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities within a collaborative team setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Public Health, or a related discipline.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Public Trust.
