This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of retention and revenue analytics by optimizing and tracking segmented reinvestment expenditures, generating essential reports for leadership, and providing actionable insights.
• Contribute to impact assessment and deliver high-level insights through a blend of continuous and periodic A/B testing.
• Design and implement data collection, analysis, and business intelligence reporting systems to assess and guide business strategy for the Revenue Operations team.
• Track metrics, conduct in-depth analysis, and keep key stakeholders updated on trends and potential opportunities.
• Comprehend how user trends influence essential business KPIs to steer decision-making processes.
• Produce presentations and written documents with minimal guidance, effectively presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences while clearly articulating ideas and viewpoints.
• Work collaboratively with decision-makers in the Revenue Operations team to understand their objectives and proactively identify opportunities to leverage data for developing new insights, shaping strategy, and enhancing business outcomes.
• Minimum of 2 years of Data Analytics experience in an ecommerce, direct-to-consumer, or retail setting (experience in marketing is preferred).
• Proficient in SQL, with a strong grasp of analytic functions, window functions, and common table expressions.
• At least 2 years of experience utilizing data visualization tools (preferably Tableau) and scripting languages (such as Python).
• Experience in designing, analyzing, and interpreting A/B tests, including hypothesis formulation, test design, and evaluating the impact on key metrics like retention, conversion, and revenue.
• Exceptional ability to derive insights from data analysis and effectively communicate them to stakeholders, including senior management.
• Possess intellectual curiosity and a solid understanding of data sources and ecosystems, viewing them through the lens of the brand's business strategy.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
