This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan for AI machine learning models aimed at optimizing revenue and reducing costs (e.g., forecasting sales, predicting churn, identifying high-probability targets, and implementing dynamic pricing strategies).
• Track model performance by detecting drift and coordinating the retraining or updating of models to ensure predictive accuracy and relevance to evolving market conditions.
• Rethink the philosophy of the frontline sales technology stack to establish a cohesive AI workspace that minimizes "systems overload" and "cognitive drag" for over 500 sales representatives.
• Apply Action-Centric Insight and Design (ACID) to evaluate sales activities in prospecting, complex deal structuring, and pipeline governance to uncover opportunities for AI enhancement or automation.
• Specify the technical requirements necessary for Google Gemini, Salesforce.com, and AWS-hosted legacy systems to operate collaboratively, enabling AI agents to retrieve real-time intelligence from diverse datasets.
• Assess and evaluate the implementation of autonomous AI agents capable of making data-driven decisions and executing intricate tasks, such as automated outreach, deal risk assessment, and pricing optimization.
• Oversee the definition of annual and quarterly AI go-to-market projects, ensuring all proposed AI initiatives are linked to measurable improvements in EBITDA, Gross Margin, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
• Collaborate closely with IT development teams to realize AI projects, ensuring that technical implementation aligns with the strategic objectives of the sales organization.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to illustrate key performance indicators and model outputs.
• Ensure adherence to RRD’s Google AI Acceptable Use Guide, Client AI Restrictions, and other related IT policies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, or Sales Enablement.
• In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce.com ecosystem and familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., Google Gemini) and cloud architectures (AWS).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (including libraries like Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).
• Experience with statistical modeling and machine learning methodologies (e.g., time-series analysis, gradient boosting, clustering, neural networks).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Experience with agent-based AI frameworks or specific sandbox environments like Salesforce Agentforce or AWS, along with experience in low code/no code agent development.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey messages clearly and in an easily understandable manner.
• Proven track record of mentoring junior analysts, with a goal of transitioning into a formal management role as the AI team grows.
