Retouching Artist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Retouching Artist team and management to ensure that content aligns with QVC and HSN brand standards regarding aesthetics, lighting, contrast, color balance, model retouching, and accuracy.

• Evaluate images for any additional retouching requirements and take appropriate actions based on the findings.

• Work alongside the team to identify solutions for vendor images that do not meet the established QVC or HSN standards.

• Support the Retouching Artist 2 team with administrative tasks and file organization.

• Process both medium and high volumes of images to produce captivating content.

• Operate under strict deadlines to deliver customer-ready content across all platforms prior to launches.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of professional experience.

• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Bridge.

• Experience with image processing principles, including cropping, aspect ratio, pixel dimensions, DPI, and color space.

• Understanding of retouching techniques such as color correction and dust removal.

• Proficient in Photoshop for color and contrast adjustments, as well as using tools like the clone stamp, spot healing brush, and crop tool.

• Residency in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Delaware is required.

• Availability for 2 to 3 days per week based on business needs.

• Flexible availability for work hours between 8 AM and 7 PM.
