This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Create and implement communication and educational strategies through both virtual and in-person group meetings.
• Conduct educational and enrollment presentations for both new and existing participants of defined contribution plans.
• Promote plan enrollment, encourage deferral increases, and facilitate rollovers from prior plans.
• Attain business objectives and foster meaningful discussions while adhering to service level agreements.
• Fulfill reporting obligations, including tracking meetings, attendees, and outcomes in designated systems.
• Cultivate relationships with essential contacts, plan sponsor representatives, and internal stakeholders.
• Organize meeting schedules, which includes travel arrangements.
• Provide insights to local relationship managers regarding communication materials and strategies.
• Aid in exploring alternative communication methods.
• Attend client meetings alongside other service team members.
• Participate in final presentations for new prospects as needed based on territory demands.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience may be considered in place of a degree.
• 2–4 years of pertinent experience in financial services.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is mandatory.
• Exceptional presentation skills are essential.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams is required.
• Strong skills in relationship-building and territory management are necessary.
• Overnight travel is required, with overall travel expected to be 50–60%.
• FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 registrations must be obtained within specified timelines.
• FINRA fingerprinting is required.
• Capability to perform calculations involving interest, proportions, percentages, and fractions.
• Ability to work independently is essential.
• Applicants must have authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
• A reliable high-speed internet connection with a wired setup and a suitable home office environment is required for remote work.
