• Responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of qualified retirement plans for clients.

• Analyze and create retirement plan frameworks, serving as a strategic consultant for workforce matters.

• Articulate the comprehensive value proposition of OneDigital to potential clients.

• Collaborate with service teams to deliver an exceptional customer service experience, enhancing client retention.

• Build and oversee a strong sales pipeline through diverse channels.

• Foster client relationships with plan sponsors to comprehend their needs and objectives.

• Provide investment advisory services for clients while adhering to all regulatory requirements.

• Execute compliance and regulatory benchmarking due diligence.

• Demonstrated history of surpassing sales targets.

• In-depth knowledge of ERISA regulations and fiduciary best practices.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to work independently and make informed decisions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

• Proven discipline in maintaining sales pipeline data in a CRM, experience with Salesforce preferred.

• Established success in multitasking and effectively managing priorities.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving business and technology landscape.

• Continuous learner mentality, capable of embracing new solutions and understanding the implications of new laws for prospective clients.

• Must uphold the confidentiality of highly sensitive client information, including personal and financial data.
