This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the client caseload and act as the main point of contact for designated clients
• Provide testing results and year-end documentation to clients
• Ensure timely completion of compliance corrections
• Guarantee that 5500 forms are signed and submitted on time
• Monitor data received and pending from clients and follow up as necessary
• Consult with clients, advisors, and various stakeholders on plan-related matters to foster long-term relationships
• Collaborate with clients, advisors, and internal teams to address compliance issues and respond to inquiries
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Defined Contribution Plan Administration within a TPA
• Experience in Cash Balance/Defined Benefit Plan Administration is advantageous
• Proficient in reviewing and conducting cross-testing and ADP/ACP compliance testing for defined contribution plans
• Skilled in calculating profit-sharing contributions using new comparability allocation methods
• Excellent organizational capabilities
• Capacity to work independently in a dynamic environment
