This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Play a vital role in assisting the client-facing team by providing timely, accurate, and comprehensive communication regarding retirement plan administration and compliance.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure precise data management and adherence to deadlines, thereby supporting the operational integrity of each retirement plan.
• Collaborate with senior team members for peer reviews and may offer peer review assistance to level I administrators.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of three years of experience in financial services or a related field.
• Relevant ASPPA designations or similar certifications are preferred.
• Capability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong written and oral communication, organizational, and client service skills are essential.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain professional relationships with both internal and external clients.
• Competence to work independently and establish priorities.
• Skill in interpreting documents and resolving technical issues.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Willingness to work overtime to handle peak workloads and other business requirements.
• Ability to identify process improvements and serve as a project liaison for the team.
