Patient Retention Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate effectively with the clinical team and founders to enhance our innovative digital care delivery model and devise strategies for patient retention.

• Take pride in providing exceptional care to patients participating in our cardiac rehabilitation program and clinical studies.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of our various clinical programs, protocols, and policies.

• Enhance patient engagement and conversion rates through targeted outreach that emphasizes program progress, addresses concerns, and reinforces the benefits of the program.

• Employ motivational interviewing techniques to tackle financial and exercise-related barriers to continued program participation.

• Offer support to our patients, empowering them to take responsibility and ownership of their rehabilitation journey.

• Collaborate with our technology team to ensure a seamless experience for both patients and clients.

• Demonstrate a willingness to do whatever is necessary to provide a remarkable and engaging rehabilitation experience for our patients.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1+ years of relevant clinical experience with a proven track record as an Exercise Physiologist in Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation.

• Strong proficiency in mobile technology, assisting patients through our digital health programs, including troubleshooting technology issues with wearables and tablets.

• Proficient in Excel for data tracking purposes.

• Excellent interpersonal skills that create a caring environment for patients.

• Demonstrated diligence and organizational skills, with the ability to establish and follow repeatable processes.

• Capability to work independently in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment (i.e., self-motivated).

• Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology; a Master’s Degree is preferred.

• ACSM-CEP certification is preferred.

• Bonus Points: Experience in sales or personal training.

• Proficiency in the Spanish language.

• Background in clinical studies.

• Experience with remote work.
