Retention Call Center Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Communicating with existing clients through outbound calls

• Retaining and renewing contracts for corporate clients

• Promoting products and services based on client needs

• Confirming customer satisfaction with the use of products and services

• Identifying purchasing needs and suggesting alternative solutions

• Entering client details and requests into the corresponding systems

• Maintaining a high level of service and customer experience

• Team spirit, responsibility, and results-oriented mindset

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or a graduate from a university/technical institution

• Excellent command of the Greek language and very good knowledge of English (both written and spoken)

• At least 6 months of experience in a similar or related position

• Proficient in using computers and customer relationship management systems

• Strong knowledge of renewal products and processes

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to manage time and organize work effectively

• Desired experience in sales

• Customer-centric mindset and willingness for continuous development
