This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Puerto Rico.

📋 Description

• Effectively handle a large volume of incoming calls in a dynamic environment.

• Access cardholder accounts to provide details about payments and benefits issued by state or federal agencies.

• Assist cardholders with questions related to transactions and account statuses.

• Actively listen to comprehend customer needs and deliver clear, accurate information.

• Efficiently process transactions using web-based applications and manage research requests with care.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technologies.

• Communicate in a friendly, empathetic manner while ensuring confidentiality and adherence to all regulations.

• Support team operations during peak periods or absences to ensure uninterrupted service.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Must possess 6 months of experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch roles.

• Proficient in English.

• Complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting.

• Internet Service: Must have a verified, secure, reliable, and high-speed internet connection to meet business requirements.

• Work Area: Must have a designated work area equipped with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection.

• Equipment: The company will supply all necessary computer equipment.

• Internet Speed Test: Must complete an internet speed test and achieve a minimum of 50 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download.

• Reside in Puerto Rico with legal authorization to work permanently in the United States.
