Asesor de Contact Center – Enfoque Comercial

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Handling calls and closing sales through WhatsApp and social media

• Scheduling, modifying, and confirming appointments

• Providing information about treatments, promotions, and services

• Following up with patients and managing commercial processes

• Recording activities in internal platforms

• Meeting service and conversion indicators and targets

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a call center, telephone sales, and customer service

• Excellent communication skills and patient orientation

• Ability to meet objectives

• Minimum technical education

• Experience in sales within a contact center
