Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• We are looking for CALL CENTER ADVISORS - Portability (100% REMOTE WORK).

• Schedule: 9am to 7pm.

• Working hours: 8 hours + 1-hour daily break.

• Days off: Saturday and Sunday.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Completed secondary education.

• At least 3 months of experience in customer service.

• Availability to work REMOTELY.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• PC with Intel Core i3 8th Generation processor or equivalent AMD brand.

• 8 GB RAM.

• Hard Drive: 300 GB SSD (solid-state drive).

• Internet bandwidth of 50 MB or higher.

• Headphones: USB TYPE reference: Logitech H390 with Microphone.
