Retail Route Representative – Company Vehicle Provided

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Visit convenience store accounts within the designated territory.

• Deliver, merchandise, and stock products to enhance visibility and drive sales.

• Monitor inventory levels, fulfill orders, and place orders when necessary.

• Maintain organized shelves, product displays, signage, and overall store presentations.

• Ensure planogram accuracy for the assigned stores.

• Complete invoicing, reporting, post-visit reports, and route documentation using mobile technology.

• Build and sustain professional relationships with store managers and employees.

• Represent Max Distributing in a professional manner at every account.

• Efficiently manage the schedule and route while working independently.

• Conduct multiple store visits daily and drive up to 100 miles per day.

• Engage in professional sales conversations with retail store personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• No prior industry experience is required; training will be provided.

• Relevant experience may include retail, customer service, hospitality, food service, restaurant management, delivery driving, route sales, sales, account management, or merchandising.

• Possession of a valid driver's license.

• Maintain an acceptable driving record.

• Must reside within the designated territory.

• Hold a valid U.S. driver's license in good standing for a minimum of 3 years.

• Ability to lift, stock, and merchandise products throughout the day.

• Physically capable of lifting 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

• Ability to climb and work at heights between 9 to 12 feet.

• Ability to frequently stoop, kneel, and crouch.

• Some paid overnight travel required; willingness to travel overnight up to 30% of the time.

• Ability to travel outside of the assigned geography with advance notice.

• Professional work ethic with strong time management and organizational skills.

• Comfortable utilizing a smartphone or tablet for daily work tasks.

• Capability to work independently with integrity, professionalism, and excellent problem-solving skills.

• Comfort engaging in professional sales conversations with retail store personnel.

• Ability to conduct multiple store visits daily and drive up to 100 miles per day.

• Ability to inspect, stock, and maintain merchandise and advertising displays.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
