Retail Residential Mortgage Loan Partner – Loan Officer Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Loan Officers throughout each phase of the loan process — from application to closing.

• Oversee communication with borrowers, maintain realtor relationships, and coordinate with third parties.

• Collect and validate documentation to ensure complete and accurate loan packages.

• Monitor pipeline milestones — including approvals, appraisals, and closings — ensuring all deadlines are consistently met.

• Request and follow up on appraisals, verifications, and title work.

• Efficiently resolve conditions and provide clean, compliant files to Closing punctually.

• Proactively identify potential issues before they escalate into last-minute emergencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of recent experience as a Retail Residential Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant/Loan Partner.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• A natural ability to build relationships, communicating with warmth, professionalism, and intent.

• Comfortable working with self-employed borrowers and adept at handling complex income documentation.

• Experience as a correspondent or broker is advantageous.

• Basic word processing and computer skills are necessary.
