This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Execute company standards regarding store appearance and merchandise layout in partnership with in-store teams.
• Aid new customers in the initial store setup and recommend optimal techniques for stocking merchandise.
• Assess stock levels in the store and replenish inventory by placing orders or recommending quantities.
• Eliminate damaged and expired merchandise from shelves and manage returns for eligible stores.
• Assist with product relocation, store resets, and labeling for both new and existing inventory.
• Merchandise specific categories within the store using planograms and store-specific analytical data.
• Advise customers on product placement and merchandising strategies.
• Utilize ABC reporting data to evaluate product sales and ordering from distribution centers.
• Create customized reports for store personnel as required.
• Prepare Store Layout & Design drawings using Visio.
• Document store activities and observations in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Community & Specialty Pharmacy, Health Systems, and Business Development Sales teams.
• Participate in district and regional meetings, training sessions, and trade shows as necessary.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Typically requires less than two to four years of progressively responsible and directly related experience.
• Strong selling abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with ABC policies, programs, services, and products.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills.
• High level of creativity; focused and disciplined.
• Strong interpersonal abilities.
• Good mathematical and analytical capabilities.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel 50% or more within the assigned territory and other locations as needed.
