Retail Merchandiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Uphold store shelf standards and manage inventory, which includes product rotation, verifying date codes, and processing restocks and reorders as needed in alignment with planogram standards.

• Promote and construct brand displays according to off-premise standards.

• Implement point of sale (POS) programs in accordance with established standards.

• Ensure adherence to all alcoholic beverage regulations.

• Foster and maintain relationships with key customers.

• Utilize online databases and systems to monitor territory and account progress.

• Maintain open lines of communication with both field and headquarters.

• Oversee budget management and keep records for monthly reconciliation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.

• Currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program.

• Proven strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.

• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to quality, detail, and accuracy.

• Reside within the assigned territory and be willing to travel as necessary.

• Possess a valid driver's license, a registered and insured vehicle, and a clean driving record/background check.

• Capable of frequently lifting and moving product cases, with a weight of up to 50 lbs.

• Able to climb, kneel, and stoop to arrange and display point of sale materials.

• Willing to work weekends and holidays as required.

• Proficient in using software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email programs like Outlook.

• Manage administrative tasks while adhering to agency compliance guidelines and standards.
