This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Create and execute impactful business strategies for designated Metro Market Dealers to enhance tire sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build and sustain growth with selected Metro Market Dealers through continuous support and engagement.
• Cultivate and uphold positive relationships with essential business partners related to the identified Metro Market Dealers, including tire manufacturers, distributors, and business centers.
• Deliver in-person training and assistance to selected Metro Market Dealers, with a strong emphasis on tire sales.
• Allocate 80% of scheduled time to provide in-dealership support and training.
• Conduct website tutorials for dealerships.
• Furnish dealerships with sales tools based on best practices and current program initiatives.
• Aid in tire quoting and leverage program support resources such as Road Hazard coverage, Price Match, and other pertinent programs.
• Support dealerships in enhancing tire visibility with Point-of-Sale displays.
• Provide weekly status updates to Dealer Development Consultants (DDC) and Regional Development Managers (RDM).
• Perform in-dealer tread depth surveys to evaluate tire conditions.
• Partner with dealerships to enhance and support Service Drive processes and Best Practices.
• Collaborate closely with DDC to offer stocking recommendations and optimize inventory management.
• Work with DDC on program incentives and engage dealerships to maximize their participation in incentive programs.
• Submit AMI expenses on a weekly basis.
• Record all program interactions, training summaries, and dealer feedback for effective tracking and reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years of sales experience, ideally within the automotive or tire industry, or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong comprehension of tire products, services, and market trends.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within Metro Market areas and occasionally to headquarters, with travel up to 90%.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
• Valid driver's license in good standing and reliable transportation.
