Operations Manager – Concierge

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• You will oversee and enhance a collection of short-term rental properties across platforms such as Airbnb, Booking, and Abritel as a member of the ALB network.

• Responsible for creating and optimizing listings on various platforms, including managing photos, descriptions, and SEO strategies.

• Implement yield management strategies, including dynamic pricing, to optimize revenue for each property.

• Manage reservations and guest relations, including messaging, check-ins, and resolving disputes.

• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays to ensure quality service.

• Actively seek out new property owners interested in outsourcing the management of their rental properties.
