Respite Care Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversight and Management of Programs

• Staffing and Qualifications

• The contractor is responsible for recruiting, screening, and retaining qualified providers

• Ensure that all personnel comply with the requirements outlined in Section 1.9 prior to commencing any work

• Maintain comprehensive files for each employee, containing proof of all necessary education, experience, licenses, certifications, and background checks

• 100% of personnel files must be complete and accurate during government inspections

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's Degree in a healthcare-related field; OR a Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline

• If possessing a Master's: 5 or more years of progressive management experience

• If holding a Bachelor's: 10 or more years of progressive management experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting military families or similar populations

• Proven experience with case management and special needs programs
