This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.
• Deliver real-time chat assistance to contractors as they perform their tasks.
• Conduct one-on-one sessions with contractors to enhance their performance and understanding of the client's account.
• Analyze performance metrics and offer recommendations to the Operations Manager to achieve client objectives.
• Ensure that all client resources are current and accessible.
• Relay updates from the client to contractors effectively.
• Organize group sessions with contractors.
• Manage communication by sending and responding to messages from contractors.
• Examine customer satisfaction data to pinpoint trends for NexRep’s clients.
• Provide detailed scoring information to independent contractors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, with a strong emphasis on Excel capabilities.
• Capable of collaborating effectively with fellow team members.
• Skilled in offering constructive feedback to agents.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously.
