Resource Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Offers resource assistance to members and links them with local service resources.

• Collaborates with leadership to determine suitable local resources based on member needs.

• Aids in connecting members to local resources and maintaining proper documentation.

• Serves as a resource for members in need of support.

• Oversees service delivery and conducts follow-ups.

• Partners with providers and community organizations to assist members.

• Creates educational and training programs for care management personnel.

• Ensures that information regarding resource services is accurately documented.

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience is necessary.

• Equivalent experience will be considered.
