Resource Planning Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Translating the commercial forecast into a concrete plan for personnel, equipment, and materials.

• Analyzing deviations and proactively advising management on necessary adjustments.

• Developing and enhancing planning models and processes that are scalable with HBM's growth.

• Creating dashboards, reports, and management information that enable timely and informed decision-making.

• Identifying cost developments in relation to the budget and translating them into concrete improvement opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed HBO degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a comparable field.

• At least 5 years of experience in a planning or controlling environment, ideally within logistics or e-commerce.

• Strong command of ERP, WMS, and BI tools such as Power BI and Excel; affinity for building planning models.

• Analytically sharp and sensitive to organizational dynamics: you recognize connections, draw conclusions, and motivate others.

• Professional proficiency in the Dutch language.
