Resource Management Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee the scheduling and staffing of resources across the firm to ensure optimal team assignments and workload distribution.

• Track resource utilization, availability, and capacity, proactively addressing and resolving staffing issues.

• Examine scheduling, utilization, and workforce metrics to aid in forecasting and operational decision-making.

• Collaborate with organizational leaders to align staffing strategies with business requirements and project needs.

• Arrange onboarding schedules, training sessions, and resource planning for new hires.

• Facilitate continuing professional education (CPE) programs, compliance tracking, and development opportunities to foster employee growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate's degree or equivalent relevant experience is required; some college education is preferred.

• 3-5 years of experience in a professional services environment with project management or HR responsibilities, or 1-2 years in resource planning or coordination.

• Availability for overtime during peak seasons, as necessary.

• Willingness to travel up to approximately 5%.

• Familiarity with public accounting is a plus.

• Excellent time management, prioritization, and analytical abilities.

• Strong service orientation, adaptability, and capability to manage change effectively.

• Ability to interact with employees at all levels, including partners.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.

• Preferred: Experience with resource management software.
