Resource Development Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Identify funding opportunities, track donor trends, and assist in strategic positioning with institutional, foundation, and non-traditional donors.

• Coordinate and oversee the creation of high-quality, compliant proposals, concept notes, and funding submissions.

• Collaborate with country offices, program teams, finance colleagues, and external partners during proposal development.

• Establish and nurture relationships with donors, partners, NGOs, and other stakeholders.

• Provide technical assistance and capacity building to country teams regarding program design, proposal development, and donor requirements.

• Support various country offices globally and be prepared for up to 30% travel, including occasional trips to field locations on short notice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record of securing funding from both institutional and non-institutional donors.

• Experience in facilitating complex proposal development processes, including consortium bids.

• Strong understanding of European donor mechanisms, grant management requirements, proposal budgeting, and donor compliance regulations.

• Experience managing the entire proposal development cycle from opportunity identification to donor submission.

• Exceptional skills in proposal writing, communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management.

• Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams.

• Proficiency in French at a professional level is essential.

• Experience in supporting humanitarian programming in fragile or conflict-affected contexts is required.

• Familiarity with UN funding mechanisms and US Government donors is a plus.

• Right to work in the UK is necessary.
