This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Ensure optimal utilization of engineers within the support department.
• Tackle any issues related to scheduling and work coordination.
• Oversee the scheduling of engineering calendars and tickets for a global support team operating across multiple time zones.
• Coordinate all IT resources to enhance task completion and promote efficient resource use.
• Manage the scheduling of internal and onsite technical resources within our ticketing system (ConnectWise Manage).
• Assess, prioritize, and assign IT support requests effectively.
• Monitor service personnel schedules to guarantee adequate support coverage.
• Keep customers updated on any scheduling or service modifications or outages.
• Ensure client satisfaction and address any complaints that arise.
• Conduct surveys to gauge client satisfaction levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient English language skills for professional communication in a business context.
