Residential Solar Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Accountable for utilizing IGS’s proprietary technology platform

• Management of documentation and contracts

• Collaborating with IGS’s Sales and Installation partners to ensure seamless business operations

• Actively engage with IGS’s shared service groups, including billing and collections, IT, finance and accounting, legal and regulatory, and marketing, to support business operations and achieve strategic goals

• Responding to and assisting our internal customer service teams in addressing and resolving escalated customer issues or inquiries

• Review and audit completed tasks for accuracy, implement corrections as needed, and provide timely status updates to management

• Establish trust as a team member by meeting team objectives, maintaining integrity, and contributing to IGS Solar's goal of becoming a world-class solar company

• Additional responsibilities and projects as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of prior experience in customer service

• A college degree in Business Administration, IT, Operations, or a related field is advantageous

• Experience in the energy sector is a plus

• Proficient in all MS Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, SharePoint)

• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred

• Exhibits a strong drive for results, efficiency, and values Continuous Improvement

• Maintains a positive attitude and outlook when interacting with customers

• Capable of learning new technology platforms (partner portals, reporting portals, etc.)

• Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic environment

• Quick learner of various IT applications and our business processes

• Outstanding organizational and document management skills with meticulous attention to detail

• Positive disposition, self-driven, strong analytical abilities, results-oriented, and motivated
