This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Conduct risk assessments and evaluate intricate property exposures.

• Analyze results to determine the likelihood and impact of potential losses.

• Suggest strategies for loss prevention.

• Collaborate with underwriting and internal teams for effective risk selection.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Risk Manager or in a similar position.

• At least 5 years of experience in high-value home construction, skilled trades, home inspection, or appraisal.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Capability to exercise independent judgment in complex scenarios.

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
