Residential Home Inspector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct property inspections in alignment with InterNACHI standards of practice.

• Record observations and recommendations in a report, supplemented with photographs.

• Deliver outstanding customer service, including on-site report discussions and follow-ups.

• Knowledge or experience in home inspection or construction.

• A clean driving record is essential.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to crawl on knees and stomach.

• Ability to climb ladders and work in tight spaces.

• Strong customer service skills are required.

• High attention to detail.

• Dependability and punctuality.

• Openness to adapt in a fast-paced industry and a growing company.

• Proficient computer skills.

• Experience in inspections is preferred.

• Background in customer service or relations is preferred.

• Building experience is advantageous.
