Residential Energy Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Conduct on-site energy audits for residential properties

• Utilize diagnostic instruments to evaluate air leakage and energy efficiency

• Gather and analyze utility data along with building specifications

• Inform homeowners about opportunities for energy savings

• Work in conjunction with contractors and program managers

• Keep precise records and submit necessary documentation

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• Over 2 years of experience in field services, quality control, and assurance

• Certification as a BPI Building Analyst, RESNET HERS Rater, or an equivalent credential

• Understanding of building science and construction principles

• Must be a United States citizen

• Willingness to travel 25% to 75% of the time (limited overnight travel required)
