Resident Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• The Resident Engineer role involves providing technical guidance to the customer to ensure adherence to the terms outlined in the Contract Service Agreement (CSA).

• Resident Engineers are responsible for all technical components related to the execution of the contract, including, but not limited to: coordinating with CPM on all necessary resources and logistics to deliver services and maintenance tasks on the customer's site/property.

• Offer technical advice and oversight to the customer during routine maintenance operations.

• Actively assist the customer during preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

• Provide support for troubleshooting in the event of trips or unplanned incidents.

• Manage spare parts inventory to ensure compliance with contract guarantees.

• Deliver technical direction and support to craft labor during power equipment outages.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational background equivalent to a Bachelor's degree.

• Candidate should possess experience in Instrumentation and Controls and/or Electric and Excitation.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the maintenance and operation of gas turbines is required.

• At least 3 years of experience in coordinating maintenance activities within power plants is necessary.

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English is required for candidates.

• Candidates must have the legal right to work in Mexico.

• A valid driver's license is mandatory for candidates.
