Reservations Revenue Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Ensure the accuracy of financial operations and the reliability of reservations from the booking stage through to post-travel resolution.

• Perform audits on pro forma invoices to detect any discrepancies.

• Liaise with partners to uphold contract rates and terms.

• Examine booking trends to pinpoint under-margin reservations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Revenue Management, Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Supplier Relationship Management within the travel sector (Hotels, DMC, Tour Operator, or Wholesale).

• Expertise in travel industry pricing (Net vs. Rack/Gross) and the distribution landscape.

• Strong mathematical skills, contractual understanding, and a comprehensive grasp of financial lifecycles (AR/AP).

• Native-level proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

• Experience with US-based companies is preferred for LATAM candidates.
