Reservation Specialist – Travel Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Aid clients in researching, planning, and securing travel arrangements.

• Organize reservations for hotels, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, flights, car rentals, tours, and excursions.

• Address client inquiries through phone, email, text, and online communication platforms.

• Provide precise travel information, pricing details, and recommendations for destinations.

• Maintain client records and booking details using online reservation systems.

• Liaise with travel suppliers and vendor partners to verify reservations and travel information.

• Assist clients before, during, and after their travels to ensure a positive customer experience.

• Stay updated on supplier promotions, travel policies, and destination news.

• Complete necessary training programs and obtain industry certifications.

• Foster and sustain long-term client relationships through outstanding customer service.

• Communicate professionally with travel suppliers and vendor partners.

• Collaborate within a supportive team environment that emphasizes growth and success.

• Engage in continuous educational programs and supplier webinars.

• Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.
