Reservation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Assist clients in researching, planning, and arranging travel accommodations.

• Coordinate bookings for hotels, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, flights, car rentals, tours, and excursions.

• Address client inquiries through phone, email, text, and various online communication platforms.

• Provide precise travel information, pricing details, and recommendations for destinations.

• Maintain client records and booking information utilizing online reservation systems.

• Communicate with travel suppliers and vendor partners to verify reservations and travel details.

• Support clients before, during, and after their travels to ensure a satisfactory customer experience.

• Stay updated on supplier promotions, travel policies, and destination information.

• Complete necessary training programs and obtain industry certifications.

• Establish and nurture long-term client relationships through outstanding customer service.

• No prior experience in the travel industry is necessary.

• A passion for travel and a desire to assist others.

• Ability to work autonomously while still being team-oriented.

• Strong skills in building relationships.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or travel is advantageous but not mandatory.
