• FutureSearch seeks outstanding Research Scientists to assess and enhance cutting-edge forecasting and agentic LLM web research.

• We boast the top publicly accessible forecaster, with a proven track record in forecasting competitions at evals.futuresearch.ai and markets.futuresearch.ai.

• We publish research papers, including our ICLR Workshop paper scheduled for January 2026, along with benchmarks such as Deep Research Bench and Bench to the Future.

• Our advanced research tools are employed to investigate future scenarios, including co-authoring the AI 2027 Timelines Forecast.

• We collaborate with leading laboratories on research, evaluation, and training efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are a skilled researcher with a background in mathematics, physics, computer science, or a similar quantitative discipline.

• You are currently engaged in the study of modern AI systems and aim to comprehend their current and future impacts on society.

• You can initiate with an open-ended problem – such as assessing the likelihood that specific information generated by an LLM is accurate – devise a creative solution, and create effective evaluations to demonstrate its efficacy.

• The most qualified candidates will possess experience in:

• Researching LLMs.

• Investigating epistemics: including search, forecasting, judgment, and validating claims.

• Developing benchmarks or datasets for evaluating AI systems.

• The ideal candidate is driven by a strong desire to enhance AI epistemics in ways that benefit humanity's decision-making in the near future.
